The Apopka Elks Lodge 2422 sits on West Orange Street like it always has, a place where a stranger can walk in and leave feeling like family. That's not marketing copy, that's what guests say after their first visit. Reviews mention being handed a plate of Southern-cooked vittles before they even found a seat, and one visitor nearly cried when the carrot cake arrived. That kind of welcome isn't trained, it's just who these people are.

The lodge runs on the energy of members who genuinely show up. Brother Sean, Heather at the door, and DJ Lisa Naples running karaoke with enough enthusiasm to make her the undisputed number-one in Apopka, these aren't staff members punching a clock. They're neighbors who turned a lodge into a living room. Rated 4.5 stars across 66 reviews, the consistency speaks for itself.

Elks Lodge 2422 is chartered under the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, a national fraternal organization with deep commitments to veterans, youth, and local communities. But what draws people back to this particular lodge isn't the charter, it's the carrot cake, the bingo cards, and the fact that someone will remember your name next time you walk through the door.

What We Offer

Bingo nights draw regulars and first-timers alike, giving everyone an equal shot at a good time and a reason to come back next week. The Christmas party has become a genuine community tradition, the kind of event guests plan around rather than stumble into. And when DJ Lisa Naples fires up the karaoke mic, the room shifts from gathering to party in about thirty seconds.

The kitchen turns out Southern comfort food that members and guests talk about long after they leave. Think hearty, home-style plates and desserts, especially that carrot cake, that feel like someone's grandmother made them with full effort and no shortcuts. Food is served at lodge events and social nights, so check the schedule and arrive hungry.

Membership in Elks Lodge 2422 opens doors to the full calendar of events, the bar and social lounge, and the broader Elks network of lodges across the country. Guests are welcome to attend many events as a member's plus-one, making it easy to experience the lodge before committing. Charitable programs supporting local veterans and youth are ongoing, giving members a way to give back that goes beyond showing up for karaoke.

"I have been to the Elks lodge a few times with a friend over the last couple of years. Played bingo, enjoyed their. Christmas party, spent quite a bit of money as a quest of a member. Tonight I was invited by my friend, was under the impression it was an open night for Karaoke . When my sister and I arrived, we were treated very disrespectful and told if we weren't signed in by a member we would have to wait outside until they arrived and we would have to work it out with them. We were going to leave but was asked by our friends and the member to stay, so we did. We sang Karaoke, had drinks, spent a lot of money in their establishment to at the end for them to get mad at my friend call my sister and nasty name, threatening to call the police of which we asked them to please do so. I have never in my life been treated the way we were treated by such rude people in my whole life. I will never patronage their establishment again. It is quite ashame because I can tell the the elders and the founding members do not share the same sentiment as this particular group of members that must hate life to treated people the way that they do for no reason. As a membership they are trying to grow, however until they get rid of the cancer in their troops, they will continue to suffer. I feel sorry for them."

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
